Appalling attitude to customer returns, so be sure you really want the item before buying from here. I ordered online and returned the item because I was not happy with the product, which I am entitled to do under the distance selling regulations. I received a snooty email telling me they wouldn't refund unless I gave a good reason for returning the item! Under the DSR's you do not have to give a reason for returning an item.
I had to open a PayPal claim to receive the refund.
