Avoid this company! I have had an ongoing issue with making a formal complaint against the sector dealing with accommodation in Birmingham after I attended a viewing which was not successfully arranged due to misleading communication from one of their colleagues. I have spoken to higher management about this event and requested for my 4 hour round travel expenses to be compensated, however they have refused to do this. Very poor customer service and I have now spoken with 3 members of staff, one a manager, who are very unprofessional and have dealt with the situation poorly.

I would strongly recommend avoiding this company.
