I have been going to Andrew lyons a few times now and have always been pleased but the last time I went four weeks ago well what a mess she made of my hair she seemed to be in a dream world. When I complained they said we will have a word with her that was it. I am still so angry I complained again and was told that she is not a top hairdresser yet I said I don't care what position she is at I paid good money to have my hair done and it has always been good before and the lady said yes of course but no apology or to sort it out. Please please don't waist your money going there.
