My name is Stephen Norton they gave me a vw boro bootlid covered in rust if arrived with corner bent over I had already got rid of my old one so I had to fix it and use it I sent pictures they claimed there money back from TNT but didn't refund me scum of the earth

If a moving part doesn't move, it's probably best not to fit it to your car. This however is what Longlife Spares wanted me to do. Terry was rather rude about this point. Their two month guarantee doesn't exist and I didn't get my money back.

avoid this shower of chancers like the plague, the boss 'Terry' only works for a couple of hrs in the morning.no one else is able to give you a straight answer that is if you manage to get through. they charged me top whack as a bonnet would have to be shipped on a pallet !! bonnet arrived loose with corners bent double! 2 headlights arrived individually one broken & one so discoloured [yellow] it would fail mot. after trying for days to get through 'Darren' said the 'accounts dept.' [& he said that in a serious voice HA! HA!] would refund the headlights 3 weeks latter & i'm still waiting & of course line is always busy & when you do manage to get through as soon as you mention refund they put you on hold untill you hang up ignorant twats. as far as i'm concerned they can ram it where the sun don't shine. I fix a lot of vehicles & will never go near these twats again.

DO NOT TOUCH THEM WITH A BARGE POLE...........
I purchased a part that was very worn and unusable.
I called them and their first words were YOU CANT SEND IT BACK followed by NO REFUNDS. The part is not fit for use. After I asked for their address I was hung up on.
AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE................................................

I ordered a car seat from Longlife Spares. They sent me a seat however it was not the correct one and it was also in poor condition (it has broken glass covering it). I contacted Longlife Spares and they offered to send me the correct seat after the courier which they themselves were going to send out had collected it. A week later no courier had collected the seat. I contacted Longlife spares on several occasions and every time thet were useless and kept making up excuses for not dealing with the situation (i.e. "I'm busy, I'll ring you back in half an hour"). I have read the reviews for the company online since and I have seen that they have received complaints regarding situations such as mine previously. So, as it stands, I have a car seat which does not match my order specification and the product details, and I have not been refunded either. STAY AWAY.
