Visited a couple of studios same day, and I was ready to rent one of them. The second day while I was expecting a contract I received an email from the agency saying that the rent of the apratement was 100£ more than the advertised price. And they threatened me by anouncing there were other people interested in the appartement. Finally when I tried to book another visit after the renovations they weren't keen to. I arrived in the appartement and there were no heating no hot water although the rent was supposed to cover all the bills even the internet. When I tried to call them no one answered.
I regret my agency choice
