Awful!! Ripped me off and didn't do a proper job, my little sister and brother saved up £37 for me to get my nails done, after 2 days a nail came off and since 3 have also just fallen off, the rest are either chipped or cracking which is awful as we were told they would last for 2-3 weeks and they haven't lasted a week. Also customer service is awful as was double booked and the lady was 30 mins late and constantly left to complete other clients therapy! Outrageous that I called and was denied refund for nails that weren't at any standard as it was compared to as dropping a nail polish bottle and breaking as they denied responsibility. Don't bother here
