Do not employ these people, they conned us into giving them a deposit and they failed to proceed with the job. 6 months + later they still owe us £6300 from a mutually terminated contract. Avoid them at all costs, don’t buy into their affordability they are desperate for work and will do anything to get you to sign up. Avoid William (Billy) Melville and Brian Mc Gougan from Essential Home Improvements or FIF or whoever they may be trading as this week!
