Dear Sir/Madam,
I am an employee of Raymar Industries Ltd, our company manufactures and installs the ironmongery at three of your sites. Shrewsbury, Telford and Tettenhall ongoing builds and there are more pencilled in for the near future. However, I must warn you that what you are paying for is not what you are getting. I am not sending this email lightheartedly but feel that you, and your customers are being overcharged for this service. For example, a mild steel balustrade quoted as being shotblasted and 2k painted is not so. It (not all) is being spray painted with aerosol cans at the factory.If you visit recently fitted equipment you will notice it is already going rusty, as is the stainless steel handrail. Different finish paint surfaces should ring alarm bells as well. You only need to walk along the first phase at Shrewsbury (riverside) and maybe ask some of the residents as to how they feel about the quality of the workmanship and quality. Very poor quality equipment. Rusty stainless steel if that's possible, poor paint finish on balustrades at David Wilson homes at Shrewsbury, Telford and Wolverhampton. I was going to buy an apartment but due to poor finish I decided not to.
