Do not use this company; they charge ridiculous call-out fees, which in my case at least were not made clear prior to agreeing to carry out the work. I was charged £90 for a 15 minute job, which did not fully resolve the original issue (a faulty bathroom light). When I phoned the MD to complain, he was very rude and unhelpful. When Brian Knight ran the company, they were good to work with and fairly-priced; but now I will never use them again.
