I found this company recommended on a car audio forum where many other drivers had used them so i contacted maxsoundcaraudio ( called about 7.45pm as they were still open would you believe ) and spoke to a friendly chap called Laurence who politely asked me a few questions on my vehicle and what i required from the audio and stereo side of things ie bluetooth , ipod , usb , dvd , speaker quality and so on which i thought great as he`s asking me what i want and not pressure selling something onto me like other company`s have done just recently . I found it easy to chat with laurence and soon come to an agreement on which system i wanted for my astra sri . We agreed an installation date to suit me and then after paying a deposit using there business paypal ( very secure way of paying online as could of used my credit as well as an option with them ) they sent me confirmation of deposit and started the order .Laurence kept me informed on when the order came in and even gave me a time slot for the day of install .I must say that they did a fantastic job being very neat and tidy along with a demo on how to use the new kenwood satnav and setting up the new Hertz speaker system and sub woofer . Maxsound aren`t the cheapest but cheap i found other companies to be either completely useless , use imported stock with incorrect firmware and insufficient warranties , poor customer service etc etc which maxsoundcaraudio are non of so it`s really worth paying that little bit more knowing you have piece of mind and the assurance that they reply by email or phone within minutes . Being permanently booked up for at least a week or two speaks volumes so i was more than happy to wait and wow i`m glad i did .Very happy indeed with the whole experience from laurence and would like to thank him and his installers for an excellent job .Thank you 18-07-15

After a few quotes from various companies inc mobilecaraudio we felt that they seemed to care and show us respect in a having a nice friendly customer way about them and explained what we need without any pressure selling ( unlike the others ) After we paid our deposit to book us in they kept us informed on when the items arrived and worked around us for an install date .Arriving on time sat morning they installed our new kenwood satnav double din stereo and Hertz speakers to a very high standard indeed and gave us a demo of how it worked along with setting it all up and wow it sounded great !I would recommend this company to anyone wanting car audio as I will recommend to others for sure.
