Hired Newhaven Roofing to fix a leak in my roof. I was bullied into paying more money than initially agreed and my roof continues to leak!! Damage was also made to 2 of my windows and photos are clear in supporting this. Craig said the windows would be replaced. I have attempted contacting them on numerous occasions and all attempts have been ignored. I have taken photographic evidence and I am currently seeking compensation through a number of avenues. 24-11-15
