I wish to complain about what should have been a lovely experience for my sister.

I treated my sister to this deal. On arrival yesterday, we were not offered a bucks fizz. We started to have our makeover which was lovely and Claire was very welcoming. However, Wayne the photographer had fallen to sleep in this time. We then got changed and photographing commenced. We felt the photographer to be a little on the arrogant rude side as we did not always understand what he was expecting of us (we've never been to a photoshoot in our lives!).

We were also hurried along when we were changing into another outfit.

When we came to sit down to look at the images, not all of the photos taken were among the ones we viewed. Claire then reminded the photographer that we had not had a drink and he gave us a half filled glass of bucks fizz. (We noted that the two ladies who came after us were offered drinks upon their arrival and were given full glasses of bucks fizz!) As this was a treat for my sister, I said that she could choose the photos she wanted. She chose one of the two of us where my sister was on her front and I was sat up at the side of her with my arm over and one of herself. However, the photographer was quite rude because we were not taking extra prints (at the extra cost which we appreciated but did not want) and then said the 2 prints had to be of the same image.

On looking at the voucher, it does not state that the 2 prints had to be of the same image and, therefore, misrepresents the deal. Also as the deal is for 2 people then you would expect the 2 prints to be, one for each person and, therefore, surely you should be able to choose the image you each individually most like. As the images were simply dragged up onto a 2 part blank card online, I cannot see what the hardship would have been to have dragged the two separate images up onto the same blank card, my sister at the top and the one of us together on the bottom.

My sister was looking for a photographer for her family and work would have been gained as a result of this using this deal but clearly that is not going to happen now.

I am very disappointed especially as this was meant to be a lovely treat for my sister which ended up being spoilt by the whole experience.

I have sent this complaint through to Wowcher.
