THIS COMPANY ARE THIEVES
We ordered a Foster table fridge at just over £4000 and paid with agreed delivery date all was good.
Then we received a phone call from Jason one of there employees to say that Foster had changed the delivery date. We stated that the new delivery date was to far away from the original agreed date and that we wanted a refund.At the time Jason said that was fine. We waited and nothing happened. We then called to be told Jason had left the company and this was where the fun began. After lots of wasted phone calls to Chris, Louisa and Ahmed we were told that they were going to take a 10% restocking fee which on £4000 is £400 we argued the fact that the item had not even left Foster or got to us so how can you charge to restock something that hasnt even left the stockroom. After hours on the phone we were fobbed off that no one apart from the Managing Director can authorise refunds but the Managing Director is never there plus they wont pass you to any manager either. After 2 weeks of loosing £4000 which to us as a small business put us on the brink and loosing the original customer for the fridge we were forced to agree to the restocking fee just to get some money back. BUT BASICALLY THEY STOLE £400 FROM MY COMPANY FOR SOMETHING THAT NEVER ARRIVED OR LEFT ANYWHERE. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
