Extremely poor service, ordered over £1500 of carpet and they got two rooms totally wrong. They blamed my wife for the mistake even though they had come to the house and surveyed the job. My wife was in tears as they refused to come up with any solution even when I pointed out that the invoice was also different to what was ordered. Complete lack of customer service from the manager and his staff. I will be pursuing them for compensation. On a better note, the fitter was first class
