Had my cut done by Steven Burgin and foils done by one of his staff. Cut was atrocious and foils were made darker rather than lighter as I requested. Went in with a lovely long sweeping fringe and came out with a full fringe halfway up my forehead and a feather cut. Booked under the impression that haircut and colour were half price, as stated below
TERMS AND CONDITIONS: Discounts are available on all ladies and gents cut, finish and colour services. They tried to charge me £126, when I questioned this they reduced it to £96 and told me that it was not applicable to the colour. An experience not to be repeated by myself!!!
