The veterinary doctors are excellent. But it's such a great shame that this practice is let down by the reception staff. Witch are rude and very abrupt an unpleasant. There customer care skills or appalling. To the existent that it puts you off of phoning or bringing your beloved pets here. Your precious pet being ill is stressful on its own without having to deal with the rude and unpleasantness of the reception staff.
