To Summarise:

Incompetence of the highest order. Take your business and car elsewhere, you will regret it if you don’t!

My car was sent in to the body shop to have a wing mirror and light door damage fixed. When chasing up on progress I was given lots of excuses for various delays, the customer service at this place is awful, no one could really give me a believable answer, they just would say anything to get me off the phone. Numerous promised dates for completion came and went

5 and a half weeks later my car is returned to me, I find a large scratch on door. This occurred whilst my car was in their possession, they admitted to me that this was their fault after 1 hour wait. I returned the car to them 2 weeks later. I was told it would take no more than 2 days.

It actually took them 5 days to get this scratch fixed, I’m sure my car was sat in their car park for most of time, why couldn’t they tell me the workshop is full and comeback in a few day’s time when I first dropped the car here? This just shows the management here is just as poor as the customer service.

When I collected the car I immediately noticed that the odometer had a significant mileage added and the gearbox settings and mirror positions changed, have these idiots been joy riding in my car? I think they have but I have no evidence to prove it and apart from the added miles on the car. When I got the car home I saw new scratches, not as bad as the original. What is going on at this place? I will not be going back here to get these new scratched repaired, I’ll find somewhere with a decent reputation and then pass on the bill.

After this fiasco I have not received a single apology from this place, I would recommend everyone stay away. It didn’t seem to be an isolated case, having been sat in the waiting room numerous time I heard many various people complaining about the long MOTs as well, people had seem to be there for hours. I have no idea how a company like this can be still in business.
