Don't deserve 1 star!!!
The older reception staff rude and incompetent.

I suffer from heart failure and at times can feel a little low with life.
now OK i didn't have a appointment but the younger staff did try and get me in but i would have a hour and half wait. (OK not a patient man but OK deep sigh yes OK i will wait got issues)

But then (jenny) will come out and dictate to me telling me "no appointment,
see the doctor,
There is not a emergency doctor today so i will have to clear off the doctor wont see me".
and that's with heart failure while feeling low with life. (WHO IS THIS JENNY TO DECIDE WHO CAN SEE THE DOCTOR)

Then there's also the problem every time you go for a repeat prescription it wrong or doctor not signed it 3-4 days after needed or is it that reception not handed it over to the doctor yet ?.

Then there is test results given a date to go back for them to be told they not turned up yet and the reception staff will contact me when the doctor has them
it may take another 2 weeks (i am still waiting for them to contact me on last 3 tests nearly 3 months later.
