I bought a starter motor from this Co and as they more or less delivered it the next day I thought I was dealing with a great Co, how wrong was I?.
Their after service is rubbish.
After less than 4months the starter pact up. I sent it back to them under their 18month warrantee for a replacment and they said " the damage that cause the starter to fail was caused by external forces but they were not sure what but because the starter had been working for nearly 4months it proves the starter was working when they first gave it to me, so they will not replace it under the warrantee.
How's that for after service

Experienced poor service from this company! Ordered alternator and paid an extra £10.00 for a Saturday delivery. Needless to say the item did not turn up! Contacted them to query and they were going to call back if they were any updates! Needless to say, they did not call back ! My car was booked on for repair on Monday and called them early on Monday -they would call back early afternoon! Which is no good as my car was booked in for a morning appointment! Again no-one called, so called them and got told they are still looking into it! I did get a call to say the item has been lost in the post and the earliest they can get one is Wednesday! What a waste of time! I'm having to pay for a courtesy car because of this and no form of compensation! I could have located another supplier in that time and had this sorted in the time they took to sort out the courier issue!!
