Priory taxis have become very unreliable, i have used them as my main taxi company for the last few years, you would thik that as a regular your might get looked after better, i booked a taxi to Newcastle station yesturday morning no problem, i phone them @ 15.20 for a return taxi form the station, they informed me that it would be 1/2 hour, i informed them not a problem, the problems started when i phoned them up 1/2 hour later to let them know that i would be waiting outside the County hotel, only to informed that they did not have a taxi available for me and would dispatch one when a taxi became available 1hour later the office phone me back to say my taxi would be late but had been stuck in trafficat Billy Mill, i was exsaberated by this time because no mater how bad the traffice at Billy Mill could get you would think a taxi driver would find away around, the local staion taxi had my home in 15 mins, long live URBER 26-10-16
