Rude, un-helpful and would not accept guarantors.

The only reason I've left 2 stars is because the lettings manager was initially friendly, and suggested we could work something out, but when I returned to the branch to discuss with his secretary she was so incredibly rude, you would have thought I was there to scrub the toilets not rent a house.
