Very dissapointed. Our new kitchen installation has dragged on for months with no contact from the company. We are still waiting for outstanding work to be completed. We have had to make numerous calls and visit the shop.All very embarrassing. We recieved a call 2 weeks ago to say a part had arrived. A fifteen minute job. Still no one has arrived or organised a time to undertake the work. The planning process was very good. The Information provided along with the tradesman's contact details very good. Painter appalling. We paid over £200 and ended up doing the work ourselves. We had a skip on the drive overflowing with worker's sandwiches and rubbish on the floor. If the work had been completed and we were kept informed then maybe we would have not been so dissapointed however now things are dragging on we reflect on a poor experience.
I would not recommend this company to close friends or family 13-08-15
