Terrible place.. Stuff is NOT trained how to work in a customer service, I was in total shock, I came for the waxing procedure, so all I can highlight is that room and the mattress re not clean and non hygienic at all, lady has no idea what is waxing procedure in a salon like...the same I could do at home, she was doing everything in a hurry like crazy, didn't care that I was in pain, left a lot of hair remaining and said that it's not her fault:))...She even didn't apply any calming lotion after that- just said if I want it's in the corner of the room...I am honestly shocked and don't know what I have paid for.. 05-08-14
