Service was rude. Booked taxi and waited for a long time. Office is not tolerating of any issues which are reported to them. They proceed to tell you off over the phone. Rubbish customer service. Most colleagues have had negative experiences with safety.

I had mini bus to and from Birmingham airport .Not only the cheapest in Aylesbury .But pick up time was spot on driver was polite and helpful .And the young man who took us back was his first pick up at Birmingham airport parked out side so as not to give us extra parking charges .Could not be more happy with service . Thank you so much ABC taxi

I called and booked the taxi early in the day for one price, and when I arrived at my destination I was told a higher cost. The driver himself refused to give any reason for this and when I called the office, the office refused to admit they had previously provided a lower fee for the fare. The driver was also over ten minutes late and drove a maximum of 45 miles an hour for the entire journey despite being in a 60 zone. Would recommend going elsewhere wherever possible.
