Attitude from staff, extremely rude, got my eyebrows waxed, wax too hot, currently sitting with cream on eyebrows to cool down burnt skin, got home washed eyebrow dye off, the girl has waxed half my eyebrow off from the arch, Many people commented how bad they are one side very skinny with half a brow other a completely different shape. Called salon to complain, when explaining what's happened I was told "what do you want me to do about it" manager rang me and hung up eventhough I was very nice considering. I sent her pictures. She told me her staff would not be rude to me and that I'm over reacting. Argued with me via text. Told me if I pop up to show her my eyebrows I may get a refund I may not. (I'm thinking by the attitude probably not) I'm not joking my eyebrows are extremely bad and iv had to then deal with bad customer service and to be called a liar. She could see the problem, funnily enough she mentioned not admitting to faults as that's how they get sued. I am furious
