I purchased an item through Peak Outdoors on Amazon and after a long delay in despatching I received a difference item and it was clearly second had. When I took this up with them, simply asking them to send out the correct item, can you believe the shocking rudeness I received from them, including threats to remove negative feedback I had left on Amazon, or else, instead of addressing their shortcomings.

This company is an example of what is the worst in British retailing and I for one will never go near them again. I filed complaints with Amazon and Trading Standards, so with a bit of luck they will just cease trading.
