Used this garage for 4 years and have been reasonably satisfied with the service provided. Unfortunately, it is not until something goes wrong, that you get the full measure of what a company is really like, by the way they treat their loyal customers. When I informed them that the undertray had dropped down, less than 24 hours after they had serviced the car, they blamed the quality of the fixings. They maintained it was not the technicians fault. I always thought that when a trained person removed a fixing, that it was their responsibility to ensure that it was fit for purpose and safe, before they re-used. If it wasn't, then it should be replaced. So I can only hope he didn't take my wheel nuts off! Sorry Black Diamond, I shall be going elsewhere. 08-05-15
