I was been a customer of Yoo for school photos for many years and have always been happy with the service.
This year, however, I'm not pleased with the quality of the print I received. It's so much darker than in previous years and several people have commented that my two eldest sons, in particular, look ill.

I contacted the company and after several weeks they eventually reprinted the photos - and they were EXACTLY the same, so I emailed again. Two months later I'm still awaiting a reply.
