After an few very unhelpful phone calls to other so called Emergency Plumbers finding Pauline sympathetic very informative and reassuring was Amazing!! I had a d a leak in the ceiling of my Hall threw a light which threw me into a panic and on the Wall of the Sitting Room. Pauline recognised the Urgency and said she could send someone round ,,, Jonathan at 9 ,0click?? She reassured me the ceiling was not about to fall down as there was no bulge in the ceiling!! I did say there and then how amazingly helpfull she’d beenand help calm me down!!When I recounted how the so called emergencyCall our firm when being told the water was coming thru the light and she couldn’t help me as that was electrical and they couldn’t help me fir 48 hours ,, Paulina laughed and said most leaks came th thru Light fixtures as it was a Channel for Water to flow!! She was so informed and knowledgable but said to keep the light off!
When Jonathan appeared he was also very calm and charming lovely with my rather grumpy Dog!!
He checked out everything abd soon ascertained the problem was my upstairs Loo!! He was very thorough but very efficient and actually considering it was an Emerfebcy call out ,, quite reasonable ,, I said to Jonathan I would definetly be using their Cimpany again!! Sometimes I can find male Plumbers patronising and as I know so little about this Area but he was anything but ,, just helpfull gracious and very pleasant,
I would highly reccomebd Ellis Pkumbers one of the best Iv ever used.
