I have found his website and I arranged an appointment. How much I regret doing it! He took me 300 pounds to fix the piano and he insisted so much to tune it that I eventually let him do it. As soon as he left after "fixing" and "tuning", the G# on the 3rd octave stopped working. The reverb pedal is broken and, surprise surprise, the piano has been tuned in C#!!!! Tried to call the guy 5 min after he left and for the following weeks. Obviously he disappeared. BE AWARE OF SCAM LIKE THIS! 300 POUNDS IN THE TOILET!
