BEWARE!!!!
This company seems to be friendly, helpful and willing that is until something goes wrong and then they do not want to know. The windows and doors are rubbish and the fitting is poor. if you are rich and don't mind spending money on this cheap product then by all means use this company. If you want to use a reputable company, this is NOT the one to use.

Customer support is zero, quick to take your money but do not rectify their work when asked, despite several visits to their factory, 30+ emails + several phone call's we have now had their work rectified by another reputable company, do not use this company you will regret it like we do.

This company charged me over £20k for a simple kitchen extension. 2 yrs later, i have spent over £4k repairing their work and cannot seem to get hold of the owner Terry Such. We have had to replace the boiler he installed (within 18 months), the wood flooring and some pipework. we had had to repair the new leaking roof and so on. Please do not use this company for any domestic or commercial work unless you have sufficient cash to repair the work after. Please note: this company changed names mid-way through our job to try and avoid me claimin against him. Used to the called T&K Home Improvement Services Ltd (and probably has been many other names before).
