avoid this yard like the plague! cheeky, hostile, and Ill informed staff. provided with wrong part. charged double for wrong part. wouldn't take back for refund. demanded that it was the right part, despite clear evidence to the contrary. forced it onto my car, using bits from a completely different maker (Renault parts on a BMW!). told me they parts probably wouldn't work, should somehow reinforce them myself (because it was the wrong part!) . part stopped working same day, not surprising. called up to discuss, was told "f**k off and get a life" by owner. felt genuinely concerned for my safety when visiting, very intimidating (I'm a grown man, not a small girl). to recap, avoid. avoid. avoid. 17-05-14
