Though the MD appears to work with the best of intentions, my experience of this company's work has been extremely poor and desperately slow. What should have been a very minor job took nearly 6 months from acceptance of quote to completion, having been told the job would be completed quickly. After receiving the invoice, I had to contact the company to tell them that the work hadn't actually been completed. It then took another 2 months and numerous phone calls to complete... and then they insisted on still invoicing me for the full amount in spite of what was at best an extraordinary level of incompetence. Their decorators even used matt white emulsion to patch over silk. Even a DIYer wouldn't do that!! I paid, but based on my experience would most definitely not recommend them.. 20-10-14
