I have never come across such rude and unhelpful staff. I have been to bowling in many areas and this was by far the worst place I have ever been to. As soon as we walked in there were around 5 staff members just standing behind the desk staring at us - not smiling. One was even giving a massage to his worker whilst continuing to give us the stare.

We ordered food after a game and it took ever so long when the food did arrive it was burnt.

Venue was empty hardly any people, I don't blame people for not going if this is how they treat people.

To top it all off the arcade machine in front of the staff desk swallowed our money, despite staff witnessing this and despite us asking what was wrong with the machine, the rude worker shrugged his shoulders and walked off.

Made a complaint to the manager, but she brushed it under the carpet. Will not be going back there again. Will not recommend either.
Avoid Wokingham superbowl at all costs, it is not a nice experience for family nor friends. 05-09-14
