Had a haircut at the Cutting Edge yesterday and am not very happy. I had been several times before but the lady who normally cuts my hair has now left. I came in simply to cut off a little bit on my bob and have ended up with something which is not a bob and much shorter than I wanted. I didn't realise how much he had cut until it was done and by then it was too late to say anything. I was clear that I wanted exactly what I had but a bit shorter. Instead, I now have short hair which I had been trying to grow for months! Will not be going back.
