This place had to be the worst amateur, incompetent and disorganised garage I've ever wasted my time with. Don't let them fool you with their smiles, tea and biscuits. I booked my Range Rover in due to the fact they could provide a courtesy car and carry out a suspension issue I had. First time I was booked in they could not provide a courtesy car even though I requested it and was told this after I took the morning off work and traveled through the dartford toll and once I'd reached the garage. No phone call or anything. I was rebooked a second time a week later. Again I took time off work and traveled through the dartford toll. Once I got there I was told I was only allowed their car for a day (what's the point of having it for one day and why not just call me instead of making me take time off work and wasting fuel and toll charges again?) and they were going to look over the vehicle and locate the suspension problem. I explained that my boss wasn't happy with me taking time off and I was loosing money and the response I received was that it was basically not their problem. They rang me after 4pm to tell me they've looked it over and haven't been able to find the fault and I'm better off taking it to a specialist. I then told them I'd collect my vehicle then and return theirs as I could book it in the following day elsewhere. Went all the way back up to their garage after work to find they'd all gone home and locked up. They weren't interested in waiting for me knowing I have to travel through dartford toll.
I had to then collect my vehicle the following morning and missed out on working overtime because of it. I drove home and decided to look through my audio/visual security system which is installed on the vehicle for insurance purposes.
This showed a recording of the events of the whole day my vehicle was with them. On it I had found that the garage had not even lifted a single spanner to look over my car. It just sat there the whole day and was moved twice because it was in their way. Not even put on a ramp to be inspected. One of the mechanics whilst moving my vehicle described me to a colleague as a c##t and didn't like me. All on video. Once the mechanic realised I had a recording device decided to try and delete the recordings but failed and instead disconnected it. I confronted them about it and was basically told I would be sued for damages if the recording wasn't deleted
In my opinion, this garage is not capable of anything a little advanced and can only carry out basic mechanical tasks. The frumpy looking manageress isn't capable of organising a knees up in a brewery but is very capable of treating new customers with disrespect. I have also noticed that many of their positive reviews are from workers, friends and family.
