After finding it literally impossible to make an appointment due to me using a pre paid voucher that was a present, I guess they wasn't interested as they had already had the money I finally got a slot, I don't believe this was due to them being busy as it was a shambles... Relaxing massage? I think not! There was a Fire in next room due to candle falling over, nobody told me therapist simply left room, luckily I Heard alarm had to dress and find my way out alone while smelling fire rather strongly. Wouldn't like to think what may have happened if I had fell asleep during my massage which I often do. Nobody could find fire extinguishers I take it they didn't have any. Got to my car to 3 fire engines outside no staff asked if I was okay simply stood next to me calling somebody a 'stupid b***h I knew she was bad news' Left me so shook up and scared nobody bothered to contact me to apologise or offer me a refund due to the half a massage I recieved, Avoid at all costs! 18-01-14
