All I can say is heartbreaking
Came home from work to find that my neighbor had employed them to cut my trees
No respect for boundary's, the higher they cut the further over the boundary they came to the point of climbing into my tree
They now are just chopped down the middle with no shape or form
When we need to look after nature and the government is saying plant more trees what disrespect to nature, and to my property
I am truly supprised that they would consider doing this without consulting with us first

Excellent price and work was to a high attentive standard.
They carried out everything as scheduled and indeed a few extras.
There are many companies that promise but don't deliver but Pinewood excelled in every way.

They turned up on time did a first class job cleared up after themselves ..very safe and would definitely use them again and recommend to anyone.

This is the third time Pinewood have undertaken work for us and we have been very happy with the results each time. They are prompt, fairly priced and do a good job. We will certainly use them for future work.

I thought pinewood tree care were brilliant! Competitive pricing, phoned them in the morning and they were able to come that afternoon! Very friendly, down to earth guys but professional too.
They finished the job quickly and tidied up after themselves as good as they could (as sawdust does get everywhere)!!

I requested a receipt and they wrote it out immediately.

I will definitely use this company again if needed in the future.

Good at the beginning, gave helpful quote on work to be done and cost. Were able to come and do work quite quickly. Sadly though they did a poor job, at least 25% shortfall on those things that they said would be no problem. Left debris all over my garden and some cut branches still in the trees.took over 2 months to get a receipt out of them....in the end after many texts and calls had to send them a SAE so all they had to do was post it! When it arrived...it said for work done ( ha), site clearance (ha) and removal of debris....lol.
Unfavourable reviews seem to disappear or drop off. Maybe this one will not.

I emailed Pinewood on 2nd January and on the 3rd Steve came out to give us a quote. Steve and the team came back on the 4th and completed the job speedily and professionally. I would recommend them fully.

This is the third time we've used Pinewood Tree Care, which should speak for itself I guess!
We have always found them to be fast, efficient, tidy, friendly and, above all, to give good advice on and attention to the care of trees. They are also mindful of the structures, shrubs and borders adjacent to the work in hand, suggesting that they have had a thorough arboreal training.
I have no hesitation in thoroughly recommending Pinewood Tree Care.
