Terrible experience. Project very substantially over ran in terms of time and cost. The finishing work in particular was of a very poor standard. It has cost us a great deal in terms of time especially but also money to remedy their very poor workmanship. They claimed very substantial sums for what they claimed was additional work. e.g part of the contract was to install a new bathroom where there had been a bedroom. They claimed that installing a bathroom included the water pipes coming in but not the water pipes taking waste water out! They tried to bully us by sending us county court forms which they stated had been sent to the court when they had not, disconnected the electricity supply and left the project when it was not water tight. Eventually the case went to the county court and the court struck out their claim. 11-07-17
