Excellent service. I rang this company around 7.30pm the other evening having remembered them from 16 years ago when l lived in the area.
l was looking for a trustworthy, local, reliable TV repair company for an 84 year old lady whose TV had suddenly stopped working and that is exactly what l got.
I didn't want to get involved with a national company because of the costs incurred with call outs and time spent on site dealing with the repair when the costs start to gradually soar.
They arrived the following morning as promised and because the fault took only
15 minutes to resolve with no extra parts required the owner/engineer was happy to accept a very minimal payment for their services taking into account the lady's age and that it wasn't a bad fault. The lady was so happy with their service and couldn't thank me enough for organising their visit.
It was such a pleasure to find a genuine company where customers matter.
