THIS COMPANY WILL SCAM YOU!!!!! DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BANK CARD DETAILS ETC. I called on 24 July 2017 (today) and booked a van rental service. As soon as the call began I asked if it was being recorded. They replied yes. I made the booking and then they said they needed my card details for pre-authorization to hold the van rental. I asked if the funds would come out and they said no. I said if I call and cancel will I be charged. They replied no. I then found a much cheaper and better rental van option.. I called to cancel and they gave me the run around. They said I had to use the chat option to cancel. No one could talk to me on the phone about cancelling. I then looked at my bank account and they took the money out. I called back repeatedly and each time I got the run around and excuses. I then went to the online chat center while I was on the phone with my bank. I repeatedly asked for their name and approval code. My bank needed that information to cancel their unauthorized withdrawal. They ignored my request and gave me yet another online link to submit a dispute. Wait.. I was told I could do that on the online chat option I clicked on. Hmmmmmm... So of course I clicked on that link.. yet more run around questions and bogus links. I then called back.. I was hung up on a total of 4 times today. I was also told twice someone from the support department would call. No one ever called and every time I call I get the run around. No one will give me a straight answer. I have made the authorities aware and 2 other companies are going to investigate them much to my relief. Another thing to pay attention to: their company is listed as Van Plus. When they took the unauthorized charges out of my bank account their name was listed as "Computer Program Integrated Systems and Data Sevice". Which my bank immediately red flagged, thank goodness. This company will not get away with this and I am currently having them investigated. DO NOT USE THEM AND BECOME A VICTIM LIKE I HAVE! DO YOUR RESEARCH ON THE COMPANIES YOU CALL.

Absolutely awful
Avoid at all costs even if it means carrying your belongings yourself!
Overcharged by about double the cost that was quoted to me even though both vans were extremely late and they even sent one in the wrong size. The drivers were not even informed of my bookings and the company were impossible to contact
Terrible customer service didn't care for my complaint and offered no help at all!

Abysmal. Utterly awful, amateurish to the point of being criminal. I've said it all on every other review site I can find. Hired a two man crew and large van they sent me a one man and smaller van. Job took forever as a result things broken etc. Unbelievably they charged me the full amount AND £170 for the job overrunning!! When I disputed this and tried to point out the inconvenience of the whole thing the woman on the phone got progressively shirtier until - when I said her name wrong - she hung up, Despite repeated call backs have had nothing back from these people. Used the credit card company to get my money back,. Please read all of the reviews elsewhere (why, oh why didn't I) and use anyone else.

We decided to go with VanPlus because they offered us the cheapest bid. However, weeks later when it came time to move they told us that it would cost app 40% more than the agreed upon price. Because we had to move on this specific day they had us over a barrel, we had to pay the extra money as we had too little time to re-book with another company. Then when the van showed up it was 2/3rd the size of what was originally guaranteed. Van Plus takes 0% responsibility for the smaller van so we are now paying for the rest of our stuff to be stored in a storage facility while we sort out another moving van company to finish the job that van plus screwed up. What appeared to be cheaper in the beginning has turned out to be far more expensive than the most expensive bid. And that doesn't take into account our time and mental health. Please go with another company.
