When I called these guys I was incredibly stressed and under a very tight time frame. Everywhere else I had called said they were unable to help me print my work for my university portfolio by the next day and I was almost in tears. I finally reached Sam Grubb and she was lovely, so calm and reassuring, and though it was almost the end of the working day, supported me in getting everything sent to them so my work could be printed for the following afternoon.
When I collected the prints even earlier than expected the following day, they were beautiful - crisp and clear. Plus everyone was so welcoming when I walked in, and it was lovely to meet Sam in person. These guys made such an effort in supporting me with my work, they are both professional and incredibly hospitable, and I will definitely be using them again in future.
