Would like to add a review about my visits with my Labrador Milo to this vet practice. Milo has a complicated medical history which the staff at this vet practice is dealing with, The staff have always been very supportive and helpful when it comes to Milo's treatment. The vets have answered any questions I have asked and have given me a lot of advice. They have gone out of there way to make sure Milo stays as health and happy as he can be. If at anytime I have concerns about Milo's health all I have to do is call them. The staff vets, nurses, receptionists have all been professional and friendly, Milo loves going to see them. I do not work for this vet practice but I been going to them since they opened there doors. The waiting areas and consulting rooms are clean and tidy, a brilliant vet practice.

Last weekend my cat London Time who is 2 years old fell ill, she had vomited blood up, we took her straight to this vet practice, They took excellent care of her, kept her in for the day to monitor her and kept me informed of her progress. She is now back home and doing well. The team took great care of her and also gave me peace of mind by giving after care instructions. I have used this vet practice over the past 16 months for all our pets and each time they have provided excellent care for them. I would highly recommend them to family, friends and neighbours. The staff are friendly, professional and compassionate, the facilities are clean and well kept. A brilliant vet practice.

I would NOT recomend this vet practice my experience of this practice was distressing and uncarring.my pet was not looked at properly or given medical.attention relevant to her symptoms and condition. She was sent home and died. The customer service I personally have recived from them since the loss of her has been nothing short of barbaric.
