I own an events company working from an high street shop specialising in venue dressing. I ordered a number of large silver jumbo foil letter balloon for a function and two of the balloons were faulty and within half an hour they started to go down. After emailing the help desk their response was,
" use sticky tape on the balloons" After explaining there was a slow puncture this was not possible and quite honestly not very professional as these were for a paying customer.
They have told me that even if I send the items back, they will not process a full refund on the 2 items as it could be down to my equipment that I used to inflate the balloons MY RESPONCE IS: IF IT WAS MY EQUIPMENT, WHY DID ONLY 2 GO DOWN AND NOT ALL 14 BALLOONS.
Would not recommend using as if you do have a faulty item they are not helpful and have been rude.

This company and the owner are a disgrace. Not only did they delivery our party supplies nearly a week late, they sent damaged items and when we asked if they would send a replacement they told us to iron our screwed up paper napkins. If I wanted to return them they said I would need to cover the return postage even though they had shoved them and two expensive helium balloons down the side of the gas cylinder to save on postage costs. This comment was from the owner of the company who refused to do anything and then proceeded to hang up on me when I lost my temper as he insisted that ironing paper napkins was completely reasonable. A complete pompous idiot. Do not touch this company with a barge pole unless you are prepared to accept damaged goods and get your iron out. They are complete rip off merchants and will be reported to trading standards.
