The hairdresser Ashley was very friendly and approachable so I felt immediately at my ease when I explained what sort of style I wanted. I told him straight away that I did not want too much hair cut off. Unfortunately despite trusting him as he kept assuring me he was going to make my hair look great, he cut away relentlessly. I understood fully that my hair needed shaping but the end result was a boy haircut! Now I have to wait at least 2 or 3 weeks until it grows back.
It was disappointing because he seemed very understanding. His charge was very high £62.00. I lost a lot of hair and money!
