sent off the s8 Samsung on 6/8/18 they arranged collection, paid £20 up front for collection, have not seen a thing since, did get through on phone once but that was waste of time, have got in touch withManchester Police Fraud unit to see if I am being ripped off. Advert was for two working days, now at 23 days and counting.

My Sony PS2 was repaired perfectly here. It was having trouble with audio. After repair the sound is crisp and clear. I took a postal repair service and it was really good and fast. I would suggest this console repair centre - Elite Phones and Computers, for sure.

I took a screen repair service for my Samsung Galaxy S3 from Elite Phones and Computers. The service was fast and done in just 2 day. It was charged around £45 and it was reasonable. I recommend this guys.

First thing I thought when my Samsung phone fell out of my pocket getting out of the car was; I'm going to need to send my phone away for weeks to get fixed. But these people are quick and I was very pleased with the delivery and the condition I received the item back in. These guys were great! Not only was it repaired to a professional standard, it was ready to use, the same day. And the replacements were of a high quality, as if I had never dropped it. I would use them again and recommend to anyone.

Diabolical place dont even entertain these bumch of fraudsters. No idea how to fix anything and they make up their own fake 5* reviews to try and improve their terrible ratings by genuine users. see EPAC victims on facebook and check out youtube where people have filmed the state of their devices on return. This place needs to be ahut down trading standards have 100's of complaints and they operate under different names e.g. applerepairer.co.uk, dellrepairer.co.uk, samsungrepairer.co.uk, theyball lead bacl to 190a Church Street. They have no shame and should be embarrassed over their sham of a business!!!!

Don't believe the fake reviews - the company are a complete joke and playing very nasty games to try to get new customers. They will destroy your device and take your money. Took me a year to get a different phone returned to me, which doesn't work at all! They are rude and aggressive to deal with and deserve to be shut down. This will catch up with them soon - trading standards are involved......

Please do not fall for the good reviews, they are posted by the company using a multitude of fake profiles. Just contact Salford Trading Standards and ask them how many complaints they've had about these con artists. It's nearing 600. Customers are taking them to court. I had to do a chargeback through my banks fraud dept along with hundreds of others. AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE THE PLAGUE

The guy at Elite phones and computers looked at my phone for literally a sec, and said, "I can fix it in 30mins”. The screen of my iphone5c was totally black although rest of my phone seemed to work just fine. I was just going to buy a new phone thinking that to get it repaired would take days or weeks, and would be a hassle, and I needed a phone now. But my colleague insisted I go in to a repair shop and weigh that option first. I was out of there with a good as new phone in 45minutes of time. I am happy and thankful.

When I requested for the details, their rates were quite low compared to the other services that I had seen. So, Price quoted and accepted .Took my phone with a broken screen for replacement. They assured me they would repair and send it back within two days. They even let me know about the status of the phone. I got regular updates from them which were very helpful. I would like to visit again.

Can't give zero,or I would,this company is a scam ,ripped me off for over £150,00,loose screen,charge point came out wrong colour chassis,and generally rough job sent it back under warranty for repair to be told it was going to cost another£100.00 told them to send back unfixed ,,still haven't got it a week later (sonyz3)and think the are ignoringmy efforts to get in touch

I browse the reviews after sending my iPad here and horrified i was. I had a damaged screen along with non-working iPad. The main one they returned didn’t resemble mine! It had been anew but differently and after this everything onto it works. They claim something transpired in transit and they rectified the idea but I will pay to have it returned. I believe in them while they fixed the idea, having gone through other remarks. Just a variety of scammers posting wrong remarks about these guys! There will vary things onto it now too plus the case is extremely shiny right now. Don't even realize it’s my apple iPad tablet..

The staff is great and they always seem to have just what I need. I've also used their services for fixing a busted optical drive in my iMac and they've replaced a friend's iPhone screen and my boss' iPhone home button. Upon replacing my screen, the SIM card wasn't reading; turns out I needed a new motherboard, and of course there weren't any that were compatible with my phone model. I was told this rarely ever happens, many apologies for the inconvenience, and was offered a 64GB motherboard at a lower price. Of course I just wanted my phone back so I said that would be fine. They stand honest in making their repairs with a warranty. They were Nice!!

I offered to leave my computer in their shop, for whatever time it took to try and fix it. The technician agreed to give it a go and would round up the team of other computer technicians in the repair shop, to find a solution. This would be especially needed, as he warned that the virus was fairly new at that time, and there were no known tools yet developed to fix it. I thank the technician team for their state-of-the-art, quality work, and superior customer service!

Busted my iPhone 5 face for the first time and was searching for a solid and reputable company to fix it. The guys are friendly and fast. Even with a few customers in line ahead of me on this busy, post-holiday weekend Monday, they worked efficiently and thoroughly with each customer and I was able to drop my phone off in about 10 minutes, and then come back an hour later to pick it up.

The first visit was for my cracked screen and the second was for my screen popping out. I was a very satisfied customer from both visits. In my opinion, their (Elite phones and computers) prices are the most fair and reasonable compared to other phone repair shops I've researched in the Bay Area.

I've found their technicians to be courteous, professional, and technically proficient. They've come in and with less than an hour's notice to take care of urgent setup needs, and did a great job.

A day before my trip I went there to get my iPad mini cracked screen fixed and the next day before my flight I picked it up. Little do I know, my iPad was unresponsive and the screen cracked after I picked it up . When I took my iPad there to get it fixed it was working perfectly fine even with the cracked screen but I need it to be fixed. These guys are awesome! Very friendly! Repaired my iPad and they're very fast! Highly recommend.

I've wasted £17.50 which they won't refund. Rather lose that than waste more money and heartache.There are various websites you can look on, try looking them up on Facebook!

Non transparent pricing policy, after deposit was paid VAT was added to the bill not before. read carefully all the review on the net on this company. My phone came back with a lot more scratches than when it was collected, poor customer service. you are better off using someone local, at least cannot be worse and it will be cheaper, avoid at all cost. you WILL be disappointed by this company
