Called the company and spoke to an engineer called called Andy. He was extremely polite and very helpful. He further said that he was working but he would call and see me and help me fix my problem.
I myself am quite proficient, however after trying to fix the TV for three hours plus I gave up. I tried everything, including a system re boot, re start and everything in-between.

Andy came to the house and sorted out the problem using his state of the art equipment. He located the problem and fixed it, needless to say I was very impressed, and I would recommend his services in a heartbeat.
