I was promised a better and transparent service over and over again. This so called business has no resemblance whatsoever to what they advertise. Do yourself and immense favour and avoid the entire company. They appear to not care, just the same old flannel condoned probably by head office. Most disappointing and a real waste of money. Both parties either side of the transaction left feeling very angry at their crappy service.
