I had a waxing hair removal to the chin and upper lip done at Vitality Salon on 27th July. There was very little communication during the treatment. The upper lip area was done last and the treatment was painful. The result which was shown to me in the mirror looked OK. However, within minutes of leaving the salon a scar had developed which didn't concern me too much as I assumed it would disappear quite quickly. It is now three weeks and the scar is still there. I am concerned that this is a permanent disfigurement of my mid-upper lip. I don't expect this kind of problem from professionally trained people.
