I went into this shop once - which was one time too many. I went with a friend and I had about £800 burning a hole in my pocket for a new air rifle.

When we walked in, the shop assistant pointedly ignored us, which was clear since his desk was right by the door. Not a word from him when we entered, and he remained seated and carried on occupying himself at his desk.

After we wandering around for a few minutes, he managed to haul himself out of his seat and sullenly walked over to us. And still, not a word. There was a surly hostility emanating from the bloke, who was quite young.

I asked a couple of questions, which were answered in a bored couldn't-care-less manner, not to mention he didn't have a clue either.

I'd already had enough, and my friend and I walked out without a word. 16-03-15
